Our second year of working with the beautiful grapes from Lansdowne vineyard in Forreston, Adelaide Hills. Only spent 6 months on lees, but tastes like it’s been 18! Creamy spritz, white currant with a sparkle.

Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir/Chardonnay.
A very low-yielding year for Pinot Noir. To cater for that, whole bunches were co-fermented in Chardonnay juice, resulting in an impossibly bright (as the name suggests), bursting red currant sherbet with strong tamarillo vibes.

Counting Stars 2023

A Chardonnay. A skin contact one, but with a white wine soul. Silky, smooth and relaxed. White peach, ripe unlemon and carambola. Mouthwatering and precise. 75 points on our new, 75 points scale.

MULTICOLOURED SUNRISE 2023

Skinsy Pinot Gris. It’s not a rosé, but you can call it that, if you want. Amplified ten-folds watermelon juice, backed by nashi pears and rambutan.
Take your shoes off, you won’t need them any soon.

HEART WILL REPAIR 2023

We have always hoped that one day hearts won’t need repairing. Alas, the day hasn’t come yet. This is a wine of comfort and gentleness.
Is it a Pinot? Grolleau? Nope. It’s a proud Adelaide Hills Shiraz! One you’d fall in love with.
Very delicate, soft edges. Bright red cherries, bursting pomegranate, açai and a pinch of white pepper. Hopefully a heart or two will get somewhat repaired in the process.

LOVE POTION 2023

Rotundity (noun): roundness, fullness. 2. (wine chemistry) pepperiness, from rotundone, chemical compound responsible for pepper character.

Let’s talk about rotundity. This wine is very rotundous. We can now say with confidence we’ve honed out the winemaking for this one. 7 years of trial and error have paid off. Juicy plums, chocolate and texture for days!  And, yes, black pepper! We are very grateful to Ernst for his relentless dedication to the vineyard.

KIZUNA 2023

We are beyond excited to share the fruit (ok, wine!) of a beautiful collaboration with Winona Wine. It was a dream to work together every step of the way, from picking the fruit, to imagining the label, and bottling the wine.

Kizuna (meaning bond in Japanese) is a gentle and fruity Shiraz. Lush black fruits pulsing on the palate like a beating heart. A soft, curvaceous body that engulfs you in a warm embrace. Bright and textured. This is friendship, bottled.
