100% Chardonnay juice fermented in spotless steel tank, bottled, and after 3 months sur lie, disgorged and left in bottle for another 6 months, to create a wine that is vibrant, crunchy, vivacious, and exceptionally moreish.

Fawn 2025 - An exquisite Chardonnay from Forreston, Adelaide Hills, fermented in spotless steel tanks and aged in very old french barrels sur lie for 9 months, then gravity-bottled and left for another few months to settle.

Future 2025 - Sauvignon Blanc from Forreston, Adelaide Hills, fermented in spotless steel tanks and aged in very old french barrels sur lie for 9 months, then gravity-bottled and left for another few months to settle.

All of our fruit is coming from vineyards which are managed by organic farming practices, is hand picked and wild fermented. Our wines are free of any additives or preservatives, unfiltered and unfined.
