Nuance (red) 2024
SHIRAZ/CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A somewhat different take on the Australian Classic.McLaren Vals Shiraz and Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon, bridging across the state, grape varieties and generations of wine drinkers. Despite the Canernet being a minor component, one can't ignore it; it shines through and through. Cassis, dark plum, and an old leather wallet with paper bills still in it. Shiraz provides the soft tannins, tightly wound with the natural acidity. Opens up in many ways, once the cork is out.

Hearts Will Repair 2025
Grown in the ironstone-rich soils of the Sparrows’ vineyard in Mount Torrens, Adelaide Hills. One can almost taste the iron in the wine - dark, brooding, and quietly magnetic. Ripe (relatively), deeply fulfilling and special, it’s a wonderful expression of Adelaide Hills Shiraz - soulful, grounded, and full of heart.

Eau d’amis No. 8
The wonderful collaboration with Scintilla Wines is going strong for the 5th year! All the white varieties made into wine in 2025 made it into this delicious drop too. Chardonnay, Viognier, Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and so on. Blended with the best aged organic grape spirit around, the resulting mix was left in barrel for a year, untopped. Magical, light and smooth.
