Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Grenache, and Shiraz juice blended with aged grape spirit, then rested in old French oak for a year.

A dessert wine with balanced sweetness, out-of-control flavour, and a teasing whiff of spirit — one of the very few wines of its kind made down under. Even if it were a little less brilliant, we’d still be proud. But it isn’t.
