InnerSpace 2023 - Certified Organic Chardonnay. On the refined side of the spectrum. This one spent two years resting in old French oak, gaining composure and depth. The result is quietly powerful - white cassis, meyer lemon, and hazelnut glide in perfect balance. A wine that whispers but stays with you. Luminous, calm, and beautifully centred.

Nuance 2025 - A white Pinot Gris! Grown on clay over ironstone by Mike and Margaret Sparrow - fruit with both charm and intent. Juicy and mouthwatering, full of nashi pear and orange blossom. There’s an effortless purity to it - like early morning light through orchard leaves, crisp yet generous.

Mellow Out 2023 - Skin-contact Semillon, two weeks on skins, then aged in old French oak for two years. Tight and refined, with notes of quince, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and white flowers. It’s contemplative and long-limbed - a wine that unfolds slowly, reminding you that patience can taste like grace.

Hearts Will Repair 2025 - Grown in the ironstone-rich soils of the Sparrows’ vineyard in Mount Torrens, Adelaide Hills. One can almost taste the iron in the wine - dark, brooding, and quietly magnetic. Ripe (relatively), deeply fulfilling and special, it’s a wonderful expression of Adelaide Hills Shiraz - soulful, grounded, and full of heart.

Love Potion 2024 - NASAA Certified Organic Shiraz. A lighter, prettier, moreish elixir. Playful yet poised. An earthy grip grounds the vibrant red fruit and spice that linger for days. Silken and pure, this is the kind of wine that invites you in and refuses to let go - charming, untamed, and just a little dangerous.

All of our fruit is coming from vineyards which are managed by organic farming practices, is hand picked and wild fermented. Our wines are free of any additives or preservatives, unfiltered and unfined (vegan friendly always ❤︎ )
