Fawn 2015
Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills
That Basket Range vineyard doesn't disappoint, and this year, sure enough, it played again. Picked a bit earlier than in 2014, it's purer, crunchier and zestier. Other than that, its the usual green apple on bread and butter with those hints of aniseed - more precise that we'd like to admit, but nevertheless giving and fun.

WHITE YOUNG THING 2015
PÉT NAT CHARDONNAY
Early picked Chardonnay from the same Basket Range vineyard as Fawn thou it moved in the opposite direction to Fawn since last year: more relaxed and less precise. Pretty lush for something that has bubbles in it, no high acidity in those fizzy drops; instead, good fun and moreishness.

BRIGHT YOUNG THING 2015
PÉT NAT GRENACHE
It's our oldest pet nat label, and we try and keep it close to the original - young and bright (hence the name). A beautiful, raw, beaming Grenache; youthful and fresh. Only slightly fizzy so the tannins are not too grippy, it is still the most structural wine among our pet nats.

BRIGHT YOUNG PINK 2015
PÉT NAT PINOT NOIR
We love Pet Nat Rosé, and it took us too long to make one. Meant to be a Blanc de Noirs; instead it went way too pink and delicious for the style, so we decided it deserves a label of its own. One of those lucky accidents.
It has a different colour and made from a different grape variety, but keep the same spirit of Bright Young Thing - juicy and smashable.
